Here is some information on Wiki about the AIDS Dissention Movement...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AIDS_reappraisal

"The AIDS reappraisal movement (or AIDS dissident movement) is a loosely connected group of activists — journalists, scientists, HIV-positive persons, and concerned citizens — who dispute the scientific consensus that the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is the cause of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). The dissidents assert that the currently dominant view that HIV causes AIDS has resulted in inaccurate diagnoses, psychological terror, toxic treatments, and a squandering of public funds, as well as an unprecedented deviation from scientific method and standards. The majority of the scientific community consider that the AIDS dissident arguments are the result of cherry-picking of scientific data[1] as dissidents selectively ignore evidence in favour of HIV's role in AIDS and endanger public health by dissuading people from utilizing proven treatments.[2][3]"

They are not taking into

They are not taking into account the fact that most people who are uncircumsized in Africa are poor. Across the pond, this is considered elective surgury and they don't have insurance.
