This video is one of the most in depth discussions of what MKULTRA and other mind control programs that I have seen. It is a speech from a CIA operative that was deeply involved in MKULTRA. He quit the program after he rescued one of their victims and discovered the truth.

This is the Disneyesque Cathy O'Brien, the quotes I read attributed to her in various books including the Franklin cover up (which I would recommend reading first) are well beyond the pale. This talk of so called "blood rituals" glosses over very specific rituals which Cathy does not shy away from recanting...This recent spate of Horror movies have nothing on her.

That said, I have never seen her before. It somehow leads credence to her story that she is pretty, and that Mark Phillips looks like a G-man. I have yet to read this book, as I have been reading this stuff for years and, as you may well guess, it is disturbing so I take it in in bits. Ironically this book was in cue on my reading list.

I will write a blog about it when I am done.
